We come to you.

Customized Training Projects (CTP) are developed in partnership with Wilkes Community College (WCC), the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCCS), and local business & industry. WCC can work with your company to build a training program that is specifically tailored to your needs.

If you need it, we can do it.

Companies that do not meet the requirements for a full project are still served by other means. WCC can provide individual classes in safety, mechanics, technical, computers, leadership, supervision, and many more. If it is something you need, we can typically provide it directly or partner with a third-party vendor at a substantial cost savings.

We take care of the details.

WCC manages the training and coordinates the course schedule with your business. We work with third-party vendors when necessary and handle the details.

We help prepare you for the future.
