The family-owned automotive business has been operating since 1939 in Wilkes County. After owning and operating Northwest Toyota from 1982-2003, the Carolina Automotive Group was formed with the purchase of Carolina Kia and Carolina Hyundai of High Point, NC in 2003. McNeill Nissan was added in 2015, and McNeill Chevrolet in 2021 Wilkesboro to the automotive group.
