Wilkes EDC partnered with Finley Properties to support the marketing of the former Lowe’s Corporate Center, a prominent facility located at 1608 Curtis Bridge Road in Wilkesboro and currently owned by Finley Properties.
The Town of Wilkesboro coordinated the production of drone footage of the facility, completed by JCS Media & Marketing, to showcase the building and its amenities. Wilkes EDC condensed the video, added and highlighted key building specifications for listings on commercial property platforms including LoopNet, Crexi, and the North Carolina Statewide Developer available properties database. Two customized versions were created—one for Wilkes EDC and another for Finley Properties—each featuring tailored branding and contact details. Wilkes EDC has connected four local companies to Finley Properties and submitted the building to three state projects.
In addition to content development, Wilkes EDC led the marketing of Finley Properties’ April 10th Open House event, utilizing all EDC social media channels to generate visibility and drive attendance. The event drew a steady stream of visitors—over 200 people toured the facility—and received strong media coverage and online engagement.
