The Wilkes Commercial Business Center (WCBC) is moving forward!
The WCBC is now in the structural (steel) framing phase, and insulation is being placed into offices.
Incentivized lease consideration is available for 10,383 and 21,164 spaces or a single tenant total of 31,703 sqft. Move-in ready for light industrial/manufacturing firms with office spaces, loading dock and drive-in doors. Planned completion date is December 2022.
